If you have not received a confirmation email when you have placed an order please check your junk mail box
as comfirmation may have gone into that box. Also check you have put a correct email address when you
placed your order.
We are an Internet shopping site and only take orders and payments over the internet, we do
not take payment over the phone. We do not have any information about your card details this way
as all payments are made through our secure server.
If you need information on a particular fabric would you please send your query in an email
to sales@firesidefabrics.co.uk as we are not always available to answer the phone.
We do not accept returns on fabric cut to order, only if a fault is found.
If you wish to return an item it must be unopened and in the original condition you received it.
A request must be made to us by email first, we will then advise
where to send a return item
