Schmetz Universal Twin Needle 1.6/80
Twin needles can be used on a zigzag machine for pin tucks and decorative stitching.
Two threads go in each needle, a different colour can be used in either and the bobbin
then forms a zig zag on the underside. The two needles are attached to a cross bar which
goes into a single shank.
There is 1.6mm between the two size 80 needles
